Amabilia Suites - Milan

Free Wi-Fi was great, but the paid airport shuttle felt unnecessary.

The room was clean with good shower. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice, close enough to piazza del Duomo, the center of Milan and Milano. Plus, Cliffe High Street was not too far away from the venue. Their food was FRESHLY MADE with a great selection of meals.

The location was best possible and nice, in the middle of the city, convenient to go everywhere. It was also so close to piazza del Duomo, the center, and Milano.

Utilize the WhatsApp communication support for quick responses. They are very attentive and accommodating.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, a storage, a writing desk and a couch. Location: the hotel was close to Milan as well as the center of Milan. Had lunch/dinner at Fresco & Cimmino, which I found not too far from the property.

The personnel was amiable and amicable.

Staying at Amabilia Suites was a good experience! The location is unbeatable, right at the Piazza Duomo, with a amazing view of the cathedral right from the room. The suite was spacious, modern, and well-furnished with convenient amenities like a large area to stow away luggage and streaming options for the TV.

The lack of concierge service made handling luggage a hassle.

Lack of on-site staff frustrated me when I needed assistance!!! No reliable check-in coordination complicated my arrival!!! Poor hot water supply during peak hours was unexpected!!!

Staying here, the spacious, modern suite offered a fine view of the iconic cathedral, bringing a magical touch to every moment. The staff were accommodating, quickly responding to our requests via WhatsApp and offering complimentary snacks in the common area. There were a few downsides, the air conditioning in one of the suites was unreliable, the check-out time felt early, and the common area lacked a bit in terms of cozy seating choices.

Spacious accommodations offered amazing views of the Duomo. The cleanliness and decor were commendable, reflecting a modern aesthetic. Early check-out at 10 AM was inconvenient, especially since the room lacked adequate amenities for a longer stay. While the location was prime, the noise from the busy area could be disruptive without soundproofing upgrades. Enjoying freshly baked European bread was a good highlight during my time there.

The staff was super helpful with our late check-in and even offered us complimentary snacks in the common area. Perfectly situated just a short walk from the Galleria and La Scala, we couldn't have asked for a better location!
